Cassie considers herself less of a Coach and more of a "Growth Cultivator". She views people as crops, soil as our hearts and souls, and weeds are anything that interferes with optimum growth. She uses the concept of cultivation as the foundation for success in every area of human life. Her motto is "Let Go and Let's Grow".
